Printer Setup

Below you will find helpful information on how to set it up as well.

Second Floor HP IP: 10.55.77.103
Third Floor HP IP: 10.55.76.176​

Below are the directions to set up your printer. 
Second and Third Floor Printer Install
  1. Click Start > Devices & Printers
  2. Click “Add Printer” at the top of the window
  3. Choose “Add Local Printer”
  4. On the next window choose “Create a new port:” and then “Standard TCP/IP Port” from the drop down. Select “Next”
  5. In the “Hostname or IP Address:” enter the IP Address of the Printer you would like to add form the list above and click “Next” (It may take a minute till the next window appears)
  6. If prompted to choose “Additional Port Information” choose “Hewlet Packard Jet Direct” from the drop down. (Skip to next step if you did not receive this prompt.)
  7. On the next window select “HP” from the manufacture and “HP LaserJet M9050 MFP PCL6” from the driver list.
  8. Please name the printer by floor I.E. “Second Floor HP or Third Floor HP”
  9. On the next window choose “Do not share printer” and click “Next”
  10. Choose “Print test page” and then “finished”.
Second & Third Floor Printer Install
  1. Click Start 
  2. Type “Devices & Printers”
  3. Click “Add Printer” at the top of the window
  4. Choose “Add Local Printer” 
  5. On the next window choose “Create a new port:” and then “Standard TCP/IP Port” from the drop down. Select “Next”
  6. In the “Hostname or IP Address:” enter “217HP” for the Second floor or “317HP” for the Third floor and click “Next” (It may take a minute till the next window appears)
  7. If prompted to choose “Additional Port Information” choose “Hewlet Packard Jet Direct” from the drop down. (Skip to next step if you did not receive this prompt.)
  8. On the next window select “HP” from the manufacture and “HP LaserJet M9050 MFP PCL6” from the driver list.
  9. Please name the printer by floor I.E. “Second Floor HP or Third Floor HP”
  10. On the next window choose “Do not share printer” and click “Next”
  11. Choose “Print test page” and then “finished”.
